Program Summary: A general management development program designed to provide new analysts the unique opportunity to go through three eight-month rotations supporting different lines of business functions within Consumer & Community Banking. Throughout these rotations, analysts build upon analytical, marketing, and strategic thinking skills, while driving key CCB initiatives.Business Banking-Marketing (Rotation 1)Architected a marketing program to welcome customers to their new lending product, which will ultimately result in higher utilization rates and increased awareness of Chase lending solutions. Co-led the process of creating 4 educational videos to educate customers on how fees are charged and assessed, which will lead to fewer customer calls and increase customer edification.Launched an educational video assisting customers in linking their personal and business accounts on chase.com and YouTube which resulted in a 40% increase in views on chase.com.Assisted team members in updating and launching refreshed customer ads to drive primary customer relationships.Chase Auto Originations (Rotation 2)Supported the launch of a new private label relationship including updating procedures and creating training for new employees.Managed two summer interns, assisting in their independent projects and transition to Chase.Assisted in closing multiple action plans, correcting customer data to ensure compliance and performing quality control checks. Generated solutions for the updated “auto book” platform which decreased the amount of time it takes for deals to be booked and funded.Connected Commerce- Lending Innovation (Rotation 3)
