Monitoring the internal application of and the compliance with the Data Protection Rules (EPO DPR)• Preparing legal advice to the President, the Administrative Council, the Boards of Appeal, and the organizational units on the interpretation of the DPR• Revising and amending legal framework and practices on DP matters• Performing data protection audits• Supporting the organizational units in case of personal data breach and data subject right request• Supporting the units in conducting risk assessments (PSRA, DPIA, TIA)• Ensuring the accuracy of DP documentation under the DPR (records of processing activities and data protection statements)• Preparing awareness-raising activities and trainings for staff• Managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the accuracy of the DPO database (OneTrust, OpenText, MatterSphere, Sharepoint, Outlook)
