Reporting to the SVP of Operations; responsible for designing, developing and delivering comprehensive, consolidated reporting and analysis to drive significant operational initiatives that ultimately lead to more efficient and effective property management operations.Essential Job Functions:• Review existing reporting to identify opportunity for efficiencies and present/create alternatives for improvement in the evolving operational landscape.• Identify patterns and trends in operational information and escalate risk and opportunity accordingly.• Partner with internal support departments to ensure accurate and reliable data is available to make good business decisions.• Gather and analyze large sets of data to create digestible information on a scheduled and as needed basis.• Utilize multiple data sources to create comprehensive, understandable and sharable trend analysis to be used in broad operations decision making. • Manage and participate in other projects as assigned.
