After already bringing process improvements in my short time at Gigs, I was quickly promoted to become the first Engineering Manager. I continue to support my team to accelerate through process improvements, particularly by focusing on making the retro as productive and effective as possible. I strongly believe in team-ownership of process and culture rather than a top-down approach and have been able to demonstrate the effectiveness of this through the efficiency and cohesion in my team. I\'ve been very proud to build an excellent relationship with my team through regular 1:1s.
