I am responsible for the Commercial and Corporate departments within the practice.Over the past four years I have developed a specialism in dealing with distressed banking cases on behalf of borrowers. These have involved substantial restructurings mostly by negotiation but also involving litigation as the need arises. Over the past two years these projects have resulted in workout strategies to maximise returns for both the bank and borrower.
