As Vice President, Global Real Estate, Project Design and Delivery, I lead the global team responsible for defining, designing and delivering our workplace ecosystem as the physical representation of our culture. At Salesforce, I am part of the Real Estate & Workplace Services team that is redefining our global real estate portfolio strategy and our physical workplace experience. We strive to create purposeful, tailored environments for our globally distributed teams, partners and customers to get their work done together, digitally and in person.As a member of the Salesforce Real Estate & Workplace Services leadership team (trusted advisors to the C-level executive team) I have led and am contributing to- Long range multi-year global real estate portfolio strategy tied to the Company workforce plan- Managing the multi-year Real Estate P&L budget through balancing the lease expense, capital depreciation and operational program costs- Lease transaction negotiations, site selection, ongoing lease administration, sublease and decommissioning programs, in both national and international markets- Driving the workplace strategy evolution informing our design standards and workplace space program standards- Developing the cross-functional project delivery playbook and PMO governance process- Managing the design, budgeting and delivery project management of our physical office space globally, including our named towers in San Francisco, Tokyo, Dublin, Sydney & Chicago- Leading cross-functional company-wide strategic initiatives and programs involving real estate, such as the Trailblazer Ranch and implementing the physical changes needed to our global portfolio to meet our sustainability Climate Action Plan 2030 targets- Cost and operational efficiency through real estate organization optimization. As a seasoned corporate real estate executive, I have over 25 years of architecture, interior design, construction and project management experience.
