A global food retail organization was implementing a global operating model, requiring change management, organizational design and communications support. I worked with the VP of Global Business Transformation to develop and roll-out a Global Operating Model Playbook, and the Senior Director of Organizational Design to develop OD reporting capabilities and reports for HR Business Partners.One of nation’s largest city governments was implementing the Ivalua procurement management system for 40 city agencies and a vendor population of over I supported the implementation by providing a vendor analysis to determine effective communication channels, establish a vendor awareness campaign, develop communications and support the overall change management strategy and plan.A global pharmaceutical company needed training development in support of an ERP implementation for procurement, operations, finance and HR courses impacting employees. To support training development I lead the development of web-based courses for the manufacturing function, working directly with the client’s manufacturing training lead.
