CEO
E-Discovery Readiness & Response, Inc
Jan 2010 — Present
I advise companies and law firms about the steps they need to take to be ready if they are served with an e-discovery demand and when served, how to properly respond to that e-discovery demand. This includes working with lawyers and their clients in cases where the client has been served with an e-discovery demand. The California State Bar Ethics Opinion released in June of 2015 set forth the required level of lawyer competence in e-discovery matters. At E-Discovery Readiness & Response, Inc. we provide that competence for lawyers and their clients. We also provide training and technical assistance.
