As an Architecture Team Leader, I am responsible for leading a team of architects and overseeing the architectural design and implementation of projects within the organization. We collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to develop and execute architectural strategies aligned with business objectives. My role will involve providing technical guidance, managing the team\'s performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of architecture solutions including the delivery of the ACoP (Architecture Community of Practice) EA function.
