About Gordon Clifford
As a member of the Franklin & Marshall rowing team, my days start at 4:30am. Working in unison with my teammates to improve our times instills discipline, dedication, and collaboration, and sets the tone for my entire day. After practice (and breakfast), I dive into my academic pursuits in Business, Data Science, Math, and Computer Science, where I develop skills to support my passion for analytical research, strategic problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.When not on the water, in class, or studying in the library, I dedicate time to building my foundation that supports children with acquired brain injuries and their families. This work includes motivational speaking engagements to promote mental and physical well-being and reflects my dedication to leadership and service. To further develop my technical skills in financial modeling, strategic decision-making, and team collaboration, I also engage as an active member of the TAMID Investment Fund Chapter and the Benjamin Franklin Financial Honors Society in the evenings.My determination and resilience stem from a transformative personal experience: recovering from a severe brain injury that left me in a coma for 2 months at age 13. This ongoing journey has shaped my discipline, adaptability, and determination, equipping me with the grit to succeed in challenging and unfamiliar environments.Having lived on three different continents and speaking English, French, and Swedish fluently, I bring a global perspective and a dynamic, results-driven attitude to all my endeavors. I am eager to contribute to innovative teams that value data-driven solutions, collaboration, and impact.
