Provide effective management of work planning and delivery of maintenance, defect, breakdown and operational activities, optimising work efficiencies and driving team performance, including the planning and provision of 24/7 emergency technician response and the participation in a duty standby rota.Ensure that emergency, security, safety, operational and environmental plans and procedures are developed, authorised, reviewed and tested on a regular basis including the onsite and offsite emergency plans, undertake the roles of incident controller and site main controller during planned and emergency situations in accordance with the on and off site emergency plans.
