Lead the development and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance, including defining of requirements and business processes; Provide strategy and report on progress for data cleansing and migration from existing maintenance management programs to SAP Plant Maintenance; Identify KPI’s for maintenance activities, ensure visibility and ability to report on compliance, regulatory, safety and maintenance critical work; Support operations in major maintenance activities for both planning and execution; Assess and improve maintenance best practices at Pembina. Obtaining feedback from operations teams in managing the evolution of maintenance processes and documents; Lead look backs and investigations on significant maintenance related incidents or activities; Support creation/migration of new or acquired facilities into the maintenance management program ensuring all Pembina requirements have been met.
