Whisky geek, F1 geek, and avid Skier. Still buried down the rabbit hole of whisky and spirits. After university I found myself acting as a Brand Home Ambassador for a scotch whisky distillery on the west coast. Eventually stumbled my way into the still room. Behind all the cheesy whisky stories there are centuries of science and occasionally modern technology. The backbone of Scotland\'s £6.2bn industry where on the ground level if something doesn\'t work, hitting it with a hammer and trying again is a valid technique. Today with Braeburn Whisky offering my knowledge to clients to help them in the world of cask ownership. Whether that be over the phone or standing in a warehouse, always happy to talk about everything whisky.
