My focus is driving operational transformation, performance improvement, and cultural change across manufacturing sites and strategic initiatives.I was appointed Program Manager for the Flowserve-Chart integration, leading early-stage planning before the initiative was superseded by Baker Hughes’ acquisition. This experience reinforced my ability to navigate complex transitions and align cross-functional teams.In addition to my core responsibilities, I serve as Chart’s Tariff Czar, overseeing trade compliance strategy and tariff mitigation across our global supply chain.With eight direct reports and influence across four operating segments, I’m executing a regional Operational Excellence strategy centered on safety, quality, capital efficiency, and supply chain resilience.
