Worked together across all levels to increase and sustain number of kaizens per year to over 700- Using six sigma methodology, led a team in identifying root causes for, and solutions to unnecessary spend on projects. Trialed solution on one project resulting in anticipated cost avoidance of $3 million- Facilitated solutions to existing problems creating benefits such as: i) more efficient recruiting; ii) more efficient and effective training; and more efficient and effective use of maintenance mobility software solutions- Increased SR & ED (tax credits for R&D work) from $700 K / yr (pre-2007) to $3.3 M / yr (from 2007 to 2010).
