Founding Chair @Open Learning Partnership
The OPEN Learning Partnership is a partnership of Primary and Secondary schools and a world leading university in Imperial College London which now impacts thousands of children each year. The OPEN Learning Partnership hosts a regional centre of STEM Potential, a programme run by Imperial College London aimed at supporting pupils who are capable in STEM subjects but whose life circumstances make them statistically least likely to progress to tertiary level. Respecting the skills of all involved and sharing what is good about each institution, pupils are able to share resources and experiences in a variety of curriculum areas including Science, Engineering, Art and Languages. Teachers and school leaders work together on partnership events, share expertise and engage in collaborative environment.Founding members include Prince William School, Kettering Buccleuch Academy, Thomas Deacon Academy, Oundle School, Oundle CE Primary School, and Laxton Junior School.
