I joined TAH in 2016 with a clear mandate: stabilize operations and unlock TAH’s potential for growth. Guided by a shared personal and organizational vision that youth experiencing vulnerability should have access to the support they need, I prioritized building organizational capacity while scaling impact. Over the past decade, TAH has achieved- Impressive results in empowering youth to change their lives, while rapidly growing the organization’s reach- Four-fold growth in reach: from 4 locations serving 80 youth in 2016 to 16 locations serving 320 youth as of September 2025- Ten-fold revenue growth: from $670K in 2016 to a forecast $7.5M in 2026- Seven-fold growth in staff: from 8 employees in 2016, to 60 in 2025- Investment in organizational capacity: to achieve revenue growth, manage complexity in program delivery, human resources, and organizational infrastructure to support mission delivery- National growth: in 2025 we launched our first program outside of BC.
