Its mission is to help city governments improve the quality of life of their citizens.I lead BA\'s economic development team, which helps cities to identify, structure and implement economic development policies and programs which will grow their economies and create good jobs and wealth building opportunities for their residentsOur practice includes economic strategy, startup and small business support, commercial real estate development and redevelopment projects, workforce development, business attraction and retention, neighborhood development, and tourism promotion.Our approach is to use data, metrics and robust impact evaluation frameworks to ensure that programs and initiatives are effective and efficient. We also work with cities to increase their capacity and ability to capture private sector resources.
