Charac is all about helping independent community pharmacies digitalise their services to the mutual benefit of both their customers and their business. I have been working with Santosh Sahu from the get-go back in the COVID-19 days of 2020, helping to bring Charac to the market and raise multiple rounds of seed funding. Great to see that 4 years later Charac has already grabbed over 20% of the independent pharmacy market and the team is growing rapidly.
