As of tomorrow (30th September) I will be officially starting in my new role, as Pressure Control Repair Supervisor. In the coming weeks I will be splitting my time between my current role and my new role until a handover period has been complete. I am looking forward to the challenges and the learning ahead that will come with the new role.

I am a young enthusiastic time served Mechanical Fitter. I have completed a modern apprenticeship and have also achieved an HNC in Mechanical Engineering. My first 6 years including my apprenticeship involved working on the repair and overhaul of drilling equipment for offshore/onshore drilling rigs. I then transferred within the same company to a Mechanical Service Engineer role where I travelled to various locations around Europe to carryout installation, commissioning, repair, upgrade and preservation of customers drilling equipment. I am now looking for new opportunities to continue my career in an engineering environment.
