Gordon Ho is a partner in the Cooley Business department and is resident in the Palo Alto office.Gordon focuses on corporate and securities law. Gordon counsels both private and publicly traded companies on a full range of transactions and matters, including equity and debt financings, IPOs, strategic corporate relationships and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC and exchange reporting and compliance.He also represents a diverse set of investors, including seed and angel groups, venture capitalfunds, family offices and corporate strategics, in connection with their financial and strategic investments in innovative technology and life sciences companies.Gordon counsels companies in a wide range of industries, including internet, consumer electronics, digital and social media, life sciences and healthcare, energy innovation, software, mobile and online funding. He was recognized as a Top 25 Clean Tech Lawyer in California by The Daily Journal, and selected on the AlwaysOn Power Player legal list.Gordon serves as Chairman of the Board of Prospect Silicon Valley, a technology development anddemonstration center and platform helping leading tech companies catalyze commercialization of next generation urban systems and transportation innovation. Gordon also serves on the Board of the Asia America MultiTechnology Association (AAMA), a leading Silicon Valley technology business network focused on promoting the success of U.S. and Asian technology enterprises.
