I have worked in the real estate property management and leasing field for 35 years. Duties have included construction management projects up to all aspects of lease negotiation, regulatory compliance for our company, and oversight of our management and maintenance division. I am directly in charge of new account solicitation and customer satisfaction for all aspects of the company.Specialties: Outside of Kiemle & Hagood Company, I am a member of the Legislative Committee for BOMA Spokane, a past member of BOMA International\'s Executive Committee, and PAC Chair for the BOMA Washington PAC. I stay active in governmental affairs and advocacy on behalf of the real estate industry. I served for 10 years as a volunteer fireman and EMT, and serve as elected Fire Commissioner for Spokane County Fire District 10. I am very active in community non profits, and currently serve or have served on the Downtown Spokane Partnership Board, the Community Colleges of Spokane Foundation Board, Providence Health Care Foundation Board and the Eastern Washington University Alumni Foundation.
