I am responsible for the successful development & execution of field exploration projects thru the hands-on management of all aspects of mineral exploration on a variety of projects for various clients. I have successfully managed and completed logistically complex drill projects such as working within community sub-divisions, working on ice, as well as helicopter-supported, and barge-supported projects, in a safe and environmentally-conscious manner. Targeted drilling on all projects have intersected gold mineralisation. My clients have been very satisfied with the results and with all programs being completed on-time, and on-budget.

I am an curious, enthusiastic, optimistic, and proven successful field-oriented professional exploration geologist seasoned with 35+ years and over $100M in hands-on experience. I having initiated and completed many gold & base metal exploration programs including taken three gold projects through stages of underground exploration planning, mapping, sampling, and diamond drilling. I am versed in the full spectrum of generating, planning preliminary and/or managing advanced mineral resource development programs and training of personnel. Exploration field projects ranged from simple to technically complex. Project management included simple to complex logistically, personnel management & corporate & government management & reporting. My management experience includes Executive VP and VP-Explorations with Skybridge Development Corp. and Mega Precious Metals Inc.(assoc. with Premier Gold Mines); as Regional Exploration Manager with Pentland Firth Ventures Ltd.(an affiliate of Kinross Inc.), & with Homestake Mining Co, and in the field as a project geologist with Amax Minerals Exploration Ltd, and subsequently with Canamax Resources Ltd, and contracted to Placer Dome Canada. With the Ontario Government, I advised and consulted with all stakeholders government facilitation, on First Nation relationship development and Consultation, and as a government Regulator for permitting of resource & mine development, closure planning. I have taken numerous gold properties from generative exploration projects to underground exploration and mine development stages. My exploration acumen has been peer-reviewed as one of 25 semi-finalists in the Goldcorp Inc. world wide web internet \"the Gold Challenge\". Strong experience in exploring for lode gold and precious-base metal veins, volcanogenic massive sulphide and uranium deposits in northern Canada. I am a registered Professional Geoscientist in Ontario (PGO), and was registered with Manitoba (APEGM) and Nunavut/NWT (NAPEG). I hold an Honors B.Sc (First Class Standing) from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario. I am a core member of the Prospectors & Developers Assoc. of Canada (PDAC), formerly a long-time member of the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy (CIM).
