Review URBN package testing protocols; propose recommendations and work with North America Packaging Engineer and Manager to incorporate feedback prior to publishing. Assess current packaging standards used by all furniture vendors (Anthro & Terrain) – provide recommendations to Manager. Understand the Home Delivery Process & the network delivery experience.4. Onboard onto Tradestone PLM system, learn new software for smooth handover of material5. Review packaging specs for all brands and adjust as needed. Publish revised URBN Package testing protocols, review and train key vendors: Anthro & Terrain.7. Review packaging on Anthro & Terrain Top 10 Long Life returned furniture SKU and make revisions. Review all developments with Manager and provide feedback on construction to maximize packaging efficiency and minimize damages. Partner with In-Region Production coordinator to upload packaging reports into trade stone. Review Packaging specs for the rest of the assortments for all brands and adjust as needed. Create URBN packaging guideline/SOP for Anthro Casegoods - work with vendors to implement. Understand Returns reporting tools, provide recommendations for improvements.
