   As a Props and Set Design Assistant at one of the most prestigious acting conservatories in the U.S, I contributed to the successful execution of over 30 full-scale theatrical productions annually, spanning classical theatre, contemporary plays, and musical theatre. Each production cycle involved tight timelines and high artistic standards, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and creative adaptability.My role involved collaborating with the head scenic designer and production teams to conceptualize, source, and construct props and set pieces that aligned with the directors’ visions and met performance demands. I worked hands-on in building and finishing scenic elements, managing backstage transitions, and ensuring all visual components were functional, safe, and visually cohesive.This position sharpened my ability to work efficiently under pressure while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative, artistically driven environment committed to professional-level stagecraft.
