I drive institutional growth and innovation by aligning people, processes, and technology to improve operational performance and expand revenue opportunities in higher ed. I often describe Revenue Ops as the bundling of enterprise systems strategy, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives that drive smarter data-driven decisions. My work focuses on optimizing our CRM, SIS, LMS, and marketing pipelines to drive better workflows, reporting, and outcomes across the student lifecycle (specifically, Salesforce, Jenzabar, and Canvas). I also take deep dives into departmental level operational frameworks/SOPs and identify opportunities for AI-enabled workflows to drive innovation and efficiency. I partner closely with IT, Finance, Enrollment, Academics, and Student Success to modernize operations, strengthen data integrity, and deliver insights that drive enrollment growth, operational efficiency, and improved student outcomes.
