Analyzing data and metrics to measure product performance and identify opportunities for improvement 5. Communicating with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather feedback and ensure that products are meeting their needs. Key Achievements: 1. Key member of the Unified experience platform team and launched omni channel orchestration support and enablement across Marketing Tech. Partnered with Buyer experience to launch data science driven Personalized events strip in the homepage and focused category landing pages like & 3. Integrated the Onsite platform with MAB engine to drive user engagement. Ideated and launched throttling feature in email platform to control the system load during email \\ Notification dispatch. Built a self-serve framework to enable audience on the fly by combining the data from different sources and distribute the same seamlessly.
