Evaluate Proto samples both workmanship and measurements parameter offered by vendors. Leads PP meeting with vendor’s team verify and discusses all quality parameter of Proto sample.Ensure SOP\'s to follow by factory. Give Approval for strike off compared with original approved fabric swatch, check pantones shade and design of strike off. If strike off ok, give approval to factory start bulk fabric printing as per our SOP. Conduct Fabric inspection once bulk fabric inhoused, if any shade and defects in bulk fabric noticed in fabric inspection, give approval if defects are acceptable level, otherwise send bits for approval to sourcing team. Fabric bits seal & sign for submit Lab testing purpose. Leads Size set evaluation with actual bulk fabric and check construction and measurements. If any issues in construction and measurements, check the pattern and make correction in pattern. After succeeded Size set evaluation, advised to factory for submit pilot run, cut and produce 200 to 300 pcs and Conduct the Pilot run meeting and give approval to start the bulk cutting to factory. Leads inline inspection during line production on going, if any issues in construction, give CAP to factory team. implement and ensure technical quality guidance for vendors production team to achieve the production output with best quality. Ensure quality parameters, CAPA’s,awareness meetings and technical educations to factory team for control quality issues with zero tolerance. Conduct Midline inspection during goods under trimming to pressing. Cross check factory team recheck and rework the goods properly. Give CAPA’s and Explain How to pack the goods as per requirements to factory packing team. Conduct Final inspection as per schedule from sourcing team. Responsible for goods despatch with best quality and any issues from during warehouse inspection.
