ABOUT GOPI KRISHNAN SUBHASH

Experienced Mechanical Engineer with BTech. in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University, India and MSc in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) from Cranfield University,UK. I am motivated to gain experience in CFD analysis whilst using my engineering skills in a challenging environment. During the course of my Msc, I have participated in various CFD related projects for my course such as Numerical Modelling for Compressible flows and Incompressible flows, Turbulence modelling, High Performance Computing(HPC) and Meshing and Post-processing by means of several software. While working on these projects, I acquired a vast knowledge in the study of various types of flow with a focus on Aerodynamics and experienced using various CFD software packages like ANSYS Fluent, Pointwise, Tecplot 360, ICEM-CFD. I am also versed with programming languages including C++, Python, Fortran and Matlab.I am also experienced in various 2D and and 3D CAD modelling software including AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Inventor, Dassault Solidworks, Catia v5 during my job as a BIM modeller. I am also experienced with creating BoM, BoQ, RFI and Engineering Drawings for various Building Services in accordance with the respective Building codes.I consider myself capable of working in high stress environments with a commitment to meet deadlines and with high Problem Solving skills. I also consider myself a team player with an experience in managing people and presenting projects and ideas during my experience as a BIM Modeller.Areas of interest: CFD engineer, Aerodynamic Engineer, Aerodynamicist, Mechanical Engineer, and Building Information Modelling(BIM) Engineer.
