Developing and Scaling AI-led solutions | Global Energy Client\\\\n\\\\n- Led a team of 20+ resources across multiple functions and locations to build an MVP that uses machine learning to predict if engineering and construction activities are likely to deviate from their schedule, using historical and realtime data sources.\\\\n\\\\n-Took the concept from ideation through to Proof of Value through to MVP by working closely with users to develop the solution using Agile Methodology, Design Thinking and Value Case Development.\\\\n\\\\n- Developed the Business Case for scaling the solution on achieving benefits across improved profit margins and increased sales.\\\\n\\\\n- Led the Value Architecture workstream for one of the largest UK Industry X.0 clients - this included building the value case and the benefits tracker for the indsutrialisation of the programme.\\\\n\\\\n- Helped to develop and industrialise a machine learning solution Predictive Maintenance for an offshore oil and gas platform to detect equipment failures before they materialise, maximising uptime and profit.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
