Carried out all QC activities are done as per Client Spec and ITP.• Verify that all quality related activities are in accordance with codes and standards• Follow up and monitoring the application of client requirements and standards for every project during fabrication, preassembly, and assembly of the job at workshop and site.• Material inspection and traceability as per the required standards and codes.• Review WPS and conduct welder qualification as per code and project requirement.• Preparing welders’ performance matrix.• Conduct fit up inspection of piping spools, structure’s as per the approved drawing.• Responsible for welding inspection before, during and after welding.• Maintain the weld history sheet (WHS) on daily basis.• Witnessing the Non-destructive testing like MPI, PT and UT as per relevant codes and specifications. Interprets the RT films as per acceptable standard• Prepare and review PWHT charts, PMI, Ferrite test, Hardness test and the test package and witnessing the hydro test, pneumatic test, service test, Flushing as per applicable codes and procedures• Preparation & review of Test packs documents.
