I leverage analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, resolve transportation exceptions (including weather disruptions or transit delays), and communicate solutions effectively across multi-channel support environments (voice and non-voice).By maintaining strict service standards and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, I contribute to process improvements and automation projects designed to streamline logistics operations.
