Searching requirements from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Indeed),• Recruit IT professionals in various technologies.• Conduct Internet search using Sourcing Tools like: Head Hunting, References, Job Portals (like Monster, Dice).• Discussing with the client about the description and responsibilities for a job and the Level of performance expectation from the candidate (expert/ intermediate/ Senior/Mid/Junior, etc.)• Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.• Develop and format resumes for effective initial presentation of the candidate to the clients• Finding and hiring candidates on the company’s payroll, W2 on an hourly or on a yearly basis.• Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client.• Building up good Database of candidates and clients.• Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position.• Understanding the clients requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening, including preliminary interview of the candidates.• Finding suitable requirements for candidates on bench.• Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings.• Involved in active submissions of candidates our H1 C2C resources.• Placed Green card holders and Citizens for different skills.• Monitoring and follow-up till final selection
