1.Coordination between all working agencies on the project.2.Projections for material procurement for upcoming tasks.3.Tracking the working agencies on agreed timelines.4.Maintaining all the Quality and Safety Standards.5.Develop tracking charts showing timelines and progress to completion for the project.Ascertain that all civil works are carried out in conformance with the approved construction drawings.6.Validation of preliminary estimates, cost plans etc. & ability to ensure strict adherence to the agreed budgets.7.Finding Technical Audit of the Building Projects.Understanding the BOT (Build Operate Transfer) & BOQ (Bill of Quantity) of the project and recommending the cost savings for the projectUnderstanding the Design & Drawings of the project and recommending the cost savings for the project8.Understanding the Construction methodology at the project site and recommending the cost savings for the project9.Checking of the Client RA Bills w.r.t. Work done and billed and to find out the unbilled amount (also as per the physical execution)10.Checking of the Sub-contractor RA Bill w.r.t. work done and paid and to find out the excess quantity paid, if any.(also as per the physical execution)11.Checking of the RA Bills with Drawings, BBS, etc12.Preparation of Extra Claim (i.e. work done but not claimed)13.Material consumption and reconciliation for all materials Steel, Concrete, Cement, Sand, Shuttering, AAC Blocks, Bricks, aggregate, etc, w.r.t purchased quantity, theoretical quantity, actual consumed quantity, billed to client quantity, paid to sub-contractor quantity, work in progress, wastage, unbilled, unaccounted, etc.14.Rate Analysis for extra work, non scheduled work.15.Various analysis w.r.t. material requirements, machinery requirement, work planning,scheduling, sequencing, etc16.Preparation of Scope of Work as per the project requirement.
