Fully familiar with basic process, civil and structural design and advanced mechanical design for the HPI and CPI. Fully familiar with interpretation of Piping stress analysis, flare and vent dispersion and radiation calculations, pump piping vibration and noise annunciation, heat exchanger failure analysis. Supervising plant insurance visits. Suggesting minimal modifications to keep plants and equipment in conformity with the latest code and safety requirements and regulations. Conducting 3-day courses on the design of the oil and gas facilities.
