Head -Marketing & Merchandising Operations August 2020- Till Date In New role of Head Marketing & Merchandising of the company. Take part in all business meetings with clients. Regular coordination & follow ups with buyers for order projections, final order confirmations, & developing strategies for business growth. Responsible for inducting new clients & business developments. Managing product development & merchandising with the help of dedicated team members and ensuring that the Product developments are done in focused ways & orders are generated. Ensuring production schedules are met and shipments go on time. Supervising TNA & Production Planning. Working as Trouble Shooter for the management. Taking part in all official sponsored seminars & meetings related to marketing, business developments & quality. Taking part in formulation of any new policy matter for effective & better coordination for merchandising & production related activities. Helping the management in routine buyer’s payment & negotiations if there is any dispute. I am also involved in hiring people to ensure that only right personnel is employed to the company in different departments. Independently set up Fashion Accessories division in the company & heading its entire operation. New Buyers & Business Introduced – Pac sun, Jack wills, A&K, Landmark, Benetton, Boot barn, Golden Point, OVS, Hue, Betsey Jonson, Molly Bracken etc.
