With over 15 years of post-MBA experience, I have cultivated a diverse and enriching professional journey that spans government roles, corporate leadership positions, and entrepreneurial ventures. My career has been rooted in the dynamic domains of General Management, Learning & Development, Business Development, and Coaching.I have had the privilege of contributing as an institution builder, L&D consultant, aptitude trainer, and career coach. Through these roles, I’ve had the honor of mentoring and guiding thousands of young professionals and students, many of whom have secured admissions into top B-Schools and placed themselves in leading organizations across the country.Currently, I serve as the Chief Mentor at GP EdVenture (formerly Galvanizing Potential), Ranchi, where I specialize in teaching Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation (QADI) and mentoring students for Personal Interviews (PIs) for various MBA, competitive entrance exams and Pre Placement Training ( B2B & B2C).What sets me apart is not just my passion for teaching but also my commitment to self-improvement.
