I stand where I am today in life both professionally and personally because of my positivity, integrity, honesty, hard work, zest for life and most of all, for being truly human.As a Managing Director, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Technology Centers in India (ATCI) at Accenture, I lead the asset development and technology team in the AI capability including five practice areas–Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Image Analytics, Speech Processing and Virtual Agents. I also lead the Industry Group (IG) engagements and the IG group leads, who collaborate with teams to identify business problems that can be solved using AI. During my stint at Accenture, I have been instrumental in building the AI capability at ATCI from ground up and have made noteworthy contribution in defining and socializing AI in the business context across the company. Moreover, I provide thought leadership to build out assets, organize and structure the capability to make it scale-ready, hire expert SMEs and mentor my leads. Additionally, as a global Talent and Learning lead for AI at Accenture Technology, I am responsible for identifying and defining the best-in-class role-based training programs to cross skill and scale capability within the organization. I also represent Accenture at various coveted technology forums such as Grace Hopper Celebration India produced by AnitaB.org, Computer Society of India and TechGig. Presently, I am excited about delivering my first talk as a motivational speaker in March 2019 at KJ Somaiya College of Engineering in Mumbai, India.
