ABOUT GOPALAN VENKATESWARAN
I possess a total experience of 9 years in the construction industry. Of which 5.5 years is in the Quality Control and the remaining 3.5 years in planning and project management. I have also completed my Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR by which I have got a good exposure to Planning softwares, billing procedures and contracts management. In my two years work experience in Nuclear Power Plant I also got a good platform to learn about various types of concrete and many other special construction methods and techniques. In my one year experience in Commercial and Residential projects I learnt about the framework of construction in Civil Engineering. In my one year of experience in Cement industry I learnt about the various types of cement and their uses and tests. At present I am associated with the Investment Manager of Indinfravit Trust as Deputy Manager in Technical Department. In this profile we are completely into the testing of the pavements and acquisition of assets, maintenance of the acquired assets and collection of tolls. This is the first such company in India. Further I am also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018, 39001:2012 and Have been a part of the implementation and certification for all the 5 standards for Indinfravit.
