Client- HCL Responsibilities:• Full-Cycle Engineering Recruiting for W2 and Contract-To-Hire type employment across the United States.• Searching and identifying IT Professionals through various job portals such as DICE, TechFetch, MONSTER, CareerBuilder, Ladders, JobDiva, Prohire, LinkedIn, and Smart Recruiters and through references, networking, and internal database.• Shortlisting the CV of the consultants on technical grounds as per the client requirements.• Conducting initial interviews over the phone to determine the experience and skill level.• To ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the project.• To negotiate the pay rates with the employer and consultants.• To finalize rate/salary from employer or consultant as per the type of requirement. • Email documentation for every communication and rate / salary confirmation.• Format the CVs of the consultants highlighting the skill set.• Submit the CVs to the client directly. • Schedule the interview with the client.• Managing relationship with client to understand requirements and their criticality.• Serving almost every kind of engineering requirements such as Mechanical Engineer for different domain like-(in medical device semiconductor Equipment Industry, Consumer Electronics, Aero / Auto domain, Telecom), Embedded Engineer, Thermal Engineer, Control Systems / Electrical Engineer, Program Manager / Engagement Manager, R&D Engineer, Mechanical Drafter, CAD Engineer, Reliability Engineer, FEA / Stress Engineer.• Working with H1B, EAD’s, Green Card and Citizens• To check work authorization of candidate before submission to client.• Working with various IT and engineering clients, best in the industry
