Pivotal role involvement in researching FARs/Aircraft manufacturer\'s specifications to ensure compliance to aviation safety rules/regulations Established guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to various regulatory authorities (FAA, EASA) and OEM (Boeing, Airbus) requirements for aircraft interior structures. Responsible for the structural sizing, similarity/testing (both structural and occupant injury criteria), and final certification of seat installations under FAR, JAR, and TSO requirements as applicable. Produce certification documentation to meet TSO-C39c, TSO-C127a, TSO-C127b and TSO-C127c requirements and prepared data in accordance with SAE AS8049/SAE ARP 5526. Working Knowledge in TSO-C22g and TSO-C114 and accordance with SAE AS8043. Ensure compliance with the emergency landing conditions 14 CFR 25.561, 14 CFR 25.562, and compartment interior regulations as well as manufacturer\'s airframe specifications. Develop test plans and conduct dynamic structural and HIC tests per AC25.562-1B Change 1. Perform structural analysis to identify criticality in seat configurations to be qualified in both emergency landing and in-flight scenarios. Creates and compiles FAA certification documentation for submittal to OEMs, Airline customers and Regulatory agencies - To generate/check the reports of Interface loads, TSO configurations, Static & Dynamic Test Plan, Static and Dynamic compliance reports, installation instructions and limitations, FAA letters, TSO approval packages, as well as performing technical structural analysis associated with meeting the Minimum Performance Standards requirements. Works closely with the program management department to support customer commercial considerations and program/project schedules. Knowledge of airline seating products to flammability requirements of 14 CFR 25.853(a),(c), and (d) to achieve technical standard order authorization.
