I have a broad platform of experience spanning over three decades in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate Service and Retail EPC primarily with two leading organizations – Reliance Industries and UTI Group. Am privileged to have fruitful association with both the pioneers over 16 years each at Top Management positions. I had opportunities to Manage PAN India properties (both Offices, Residential tenements, Guest Houses) of Reliance Industries while I was heading Corporate Services. Also was responsible for Facilities Management of Retail Outlets and Offices PAN India for Retail Business at Reliance that includes Reliance Retail, Jio, Petro & O2C, e-commerce, Automation Projects etc. Having through knowledge about ESG and HSE guidelines and strict adherence of the same.UTI group has been my biggest assignment till date, I joined UTI group as a Staff Officer with Erstwhile Unit Trust of India (the then largest public sector financial institution in India) and elevated to the level of Chief Operating Officer and Technical Adviser of UTI Infrastructure And Services Limited (UTIIASL).At UTIIASL, I was instrumental for entire Operations and Business Development. Besides UTI Groups; Governmental organizations such as SUUTI, MoF, CCI, PFRDA, CBEC, CBDT, DGIT, Ministry of Agriculture, DRI and SBBJ were the clients of UTIIASL. Property Services, Fit out work, Facilities Management Services, Asset Management, Legal and Statutory Compliance were part of the services rendered. I have built for myself a strong professional reputation that combines humility, trust, team work, collaboration and professional competence. Am hugely passionate about Interior Design and Facilities Management and several of my clients have acknowledge the congenital talents.To me true success lies in enjoying what you are doing, learning new things and collaborating with others in an environment of transparency, mutual respect and trust.I have 3 post-graduation (in Civil Engineering, Finance and HR) in my academic credit.
