Discussing Line Managers’ forecasts, estimating the cost along with recruitment function, and submitting a consolidated budget for final approval• Talent Management & Engagement Activities: Conducting HR touch base sessions with new joiners, based on touch base report setting meetings with management, Conceptualize and implementing Reward & Recognition scheme, Employee Engagement initiatives – games, events, introducing buddies with new folks, arranging online workshops, office picnic• Training & Development - TNI & KPI: Identifying Training Needs with the group leads based upon individuals’ performance, roles, and skillset; Performing TNI practice quarterly, Ensuring maintenance of TNI records-reports-recommendations; Maintaining training & development matrix, Connecting with external trainers; Identifying internal trainer from our pool of talent; Internal mandatory training, Meeting employee training KPI• Performance Management System (PMS): Processing KRA data and other PMS-related data, capturing & and storage, ensuring completion of KRA setting, implementing online performance management system on HRMS, appraisal exercise, ensuring continuous performance discussions• HR Compliances, Payroll: Calculating salary, extra payable hours, bonuses, deductions. Managing electronic timekeeping systems. Resolving payroll errors. Responsible for statutory laws - PF, Gratuity & other HR compliances, handling statutory audit, Grievance redressal, maintaining necessary records and registers• Audit Handling: Handing external and internal audits, arranging audit data• Making designing templates & and PPT presentations – Process-oriented PPT slides, designing templates/posters/flyers using Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.
