I’m Marc Bradley, an Educational Technology leader who believes technology should make schools more human, not less. With decades of international experience in K-12 education, I implement enterprise solutions that support how students actually learn while integrating AI, analytics, and new technologies in ways that make sense for real classrooms.As a CISSP/CISM certified security architect, I design secure digital environments that protect student privacy while enabling personalized learning. My approach combines enterprise experience in AI integration and learning analytics with a genuine understanding of what school communities need day to day.My work focuses on several areas. In digital learning, I build technology environments that respect how different students learn best and implement schoolwide systems (SIS, LMS, MDM) that strengthen teaching rather than complicate it. In security and infrastructure, I design zero-trust frameworks through a practical, people-first approach; technology should enable educational excellence while keeping student data safe. In AI and analytics, I work on AI integration in education that respects learning’s complexity, developing data-informed approaches through predictive analytics and adaptive systems that measure what actually matters. In community development, I support educator communities that use technology’s potential while preserving real human connection, helping teachers grow through professional development focused on new technologies and effective teaching practices.Throughout my career across different educational settings, I’ve held one principle: technology should serve learning, not define it.
