My career journey has been neither traditional nor linear and I didn\'t figure out what I wanted to be until I was 31. Now, I would choose my career any day of the week and twice on Sunday. I\'m a first generation college graduate and spouse of a now retired veteran. Had it not been for the power of my network and love of research, I wouldn\'t have the career that I do. Today, I love using my experiences to support communities and build bridges between amazing talent and employers with meaningful careers. I have 10 years of experience in workforce development including military and school to career talent attraction. Prior to that, I worked in education and sales. These combined experiences have enabled me with a unique lens to identify talent partnerships and develop impactful engagement. I build sustainable talent pipelines through strategic partnerships with military organizations, disability advocacy groups, educational institutions, and community organizations. I also manage workforce development grants, lead community engagement efforts, and represent Coca-Cola Consolidated on workforce boards and at industry events. In partnership with Talent Acquisition team, I develop approaches to attract qualified candidates for critical needs roles while measuring effectiveness and ROI.
