ABOUT LISA G.

I possess a strong foundation in healthcare, with experience throughout various roles and settings. My career started as a Nursing Assistant (NA) during the Covid 19 pandemic in 2021 at Central Valley Specialty Hospital, a subacute facility. I delivered direct patient care to individuals with complex medical needs, including those with tracheostomies and on ventilators.I transitioned to Doctors Medical Center, where I functioned as a Float Pool CNA. In this role, I provided support to all units throughout the hospital, primarily the multiple Intensive Care Units (SICU),(CVICU,(CCU),and the Emergency Department. This experience broadened my knowledge and skills, enabling me to adapt to diverse patient populations and fast paced, high stress environments.I worked at Memorial Medical Center, where I assumed dual responsibilities as a Monitor Technician and Unit Clerk. In these positions, I was accountable for monitoring patients\' vital signs and interpreting various cardiac rhythms, in addition to providing administrative support to the nursing team.I am a new graduate Licensed Vocational Nurse who decided to expand my clinical expertise and my capacity to deliver compassionate, patient centered care.
