ABOUT GONZALO MIRANDA
I grew up in Mexico City and earned a full-ride law degree, where I developed a passion for big-picture problem-solving and the art of negotiation. That combination led me to write an honors thesis exploring why the greatest challenges humanity faces today are global in nature—and therefore require global solutions and mutual collaboration. After gaining experience in both the public and private sectors in Mexico, I moved to the U.S. to pivot into tech sales. Driven by my passion for problem-solving and a desire to take more control over my path, I took the first step in this transition by completing a master’s in Negotiation at Columbia University. Now, I’m part of the GTM team at Rippling, helping companies untangle their IT workflows in one sleek platform.
