Oversee the accounting, internal/external financial reporting, budgeting, cost accounting and account payable / receivable activities for the U.S, operating over 20 production facilities with employees and $5B (45% of the Company) in annual revenue. Accomplishments and projects have included: Finance Lead for the acquisition of Ipsco Tubular Inc ($1 billion), including the due diligence, accounting, planning, and strategic definitions and integrations of the teams. Led legal entity restructuring through mergers and liquidations, including responsibility for tax planning, legal analysis and SAP system implementations. Managed the pandemic / crisis in 2020, leading the reorganization, including definition of resources. Supporting the OCTG Tubular dumping case with strategic decisions. Redesigned the US Division’s KPIs, which helped improve the division’s working capital. Led the automation of key accounting processes and financial reports through BOTs and Power BI.
