   Oversaw payroll operations and wage reimbursement processes for Expanded Work Experience, subsidized employment participants through our partnership with Public Public Consulting Group and EQUUS Workforce Solutions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. EWE program is geared towards bridging the gap between welfare benefits and regular employment by providing temporary work placements with training and support to build job readiness skills. Strategically partnered with employers to facilitate job placements, manage subsidy agreements and streamline payroll workflows for 100+ employees. Provided high-level case management, assessing participant eligibility, career readiness and long-term employment potential. Developed and implemented processes to enhance workforce integration, supporting participants in transitioning to sustainable, unsubsidized employment.Collaborated with social service agencies, workforce development partners and employers to drive program success and maximize employment outcomes. Maintained program integrity through payroll processing, financial tracking and performance.Adults in CalWORKs, participate in the Welfare-to-Work (WTW) Program, gain access to exclusive resources and ongoing support from county case workers. Through WTW, participants receive guidance and encouragement to achieve their employment goals while engaging in a variety of workforce development activities, including on-the-job training.
