The quality of the tests, how clean the code has to be, comprehensive monitoring for debugging and measuring success, pipeline design for CI/CD, document decisions and much more. As a leader, I’ve learned what makes it work. Listening, trusting, empowering and communicating clearly is how you can guide a team of developers to work towards the same goal.
